CTN Animation Expo, anyone going?

I am!!! I can't wait!!! Been drawing in my sketchbook like mad, I'm going to life drawing everyday. I'm improveing alot it's fun. Can't wait to show the big amazeing professtionals my drawings and to just meet them. Maybe ill meet some students like me too! :D

Well from my experience it's just a matter of finding a way to take what you want out of it. Generally though I did not like what was going on there. I don't really understand what some of the fine art departments are trying to teach there students. Alot of the foundamentals to art just being completely overlooked I have the hunch that some are even discouraged...

The drop in figure drawing is on Tuesday evenings 7-10 at capital hill community center. Here is how I get there from Lions park its around a 10-15 min walk.

Well there is this site called conceptart.org, it's an art community lots of great stuff going on there! Love the sketchbook forum above all else. [link]
